Honor of Kings: World global release — what's confirmed and what's rumor
Honor of Kings: World launched in mainland China on April 10, 2026 (PC) and April 17, 2026 (mobile). On the same day as the CN PC launch, registration opened for the game's first global closed alpha — a strong signal that the international rollout is actively in motion.
That alpha ran May 21–27, 2026 on PC, limited to selected players in North America, Europe and Southeast Asia. The build was English-only, and TiMi stated that broader localization is planned for future versions.
What has NOT been announced: any global release date. Headlines claiming an 'April 2026 launch' refer to the China release. Claims of 'Q3 2026' or 'summer 2026' global launches trace back to speculation, not official statements — Japan, US and Europe launches are all officially listed as TBA.
Our read, clearly labeled as inference: Tencent's historical cadence for large international rollouts typically puts several months between closed alpha and open beta, and several more before worldwide release. That makes late 2026 plausible and early 2027 possible. We update this page the moment anything official lands.
